I saw these garages in Moscow the first time I went to Russia. They are interesting because they are just tin and are dropped wherever there is an empty space. I was told they are technically illegal since the people don't owb the ground they sit on, but nobody bothers them. I have no idea how people get in and out of their cars since some of them are very small. I haven't seen any in Yoshkar-Ola.
