Leninskiy Prospect

This is an artists rendition of the new project. You will note that this picture shows both the front and side of the building. To the right and rear you can see part of the College behind the Center which extends to the right. The front entrance will lead to a planned American-style restaurant, which will occupy the ground floor (basement) and first floor. The second floor, with it's front portico supported by the entrance columns, will be an ideal location for offices. We envision the front room as a conference room and lecture hall. It's half circle will be divided by a sliding partition which will enable it to be used for small meetings as well as for large groups. The remainder of the floor is well suited for retail or business applications, as is the third floor.
