Leninskiy Prospect

This is an artists rendition of the new project as well as it's neighbors. The large building to the left will have shops on the first floor, while the remainder of the building will be upper class apartments. To the rear and right of the building is a College of Fine Arts (not visible). To the right of the building is a lawn and some small parking areas. In front and to the right of the building are many nice shade trees - the building is set back from the road and should be a pleasant and quiet place to work. It is also convenient for access to public transportation to all areas of the city.
